Biography

Macu worked for many years with local accountancy and legal firms in Spain before setting up her own taxation and state reporting business for Spanish Nationals as well as dealing with property conveyance services. The Spanish have a form for everything, usually in triplicate, and drive people mad with their complexity but it is all "bread and butter" for Macu. She has the patience of a saint and contacts everywhere. No firm should be without a "Macu" and we and our clients are lucky to have her calming services in what would otherwise be crisis circumstances!

Macu has 24 years experience in dealing with these areas and joined Mike 5 years ago to add her expertise to the services we could offer solving Expat problems in Spain that would otherwise drive Mike mad!

Outside her work, Macu has two adult sons but cannot get rid of them! In the best Spanish tradition, they all live together (with their partners and her grandson to whom she is devoted) in Macu's house. Her outside interests are a closely guarded secret but she loves walking her dogs - if only to get out of the house!
